Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves providing exceptional perioperative patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. The candidate will support a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Augusta, Georgia
• Schedule: Day shift, weekday mid shift beginning at 10:45 a.m., with 12 hours shift hours and a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) single state license or RN-COMPACCT (multi-state compact license), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience: Less than 1 year in accredited nursing program with clinical hours; OR circulator experience with 2-3 years in a multi-service operating room
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English; proficient with technology supporting clinical care; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment and responding to emergencies; excellent time management; critical thinking and evidence-based nursing practices
  • Education: Completion of accredited nursing school with clinical hours
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an operating room setting, with a focus on circulator duties
• Additional Information: OR scrubs are available for use. Shift begins at 10:45 a.m. on weekdays. On-call is required for three shifts within a four-week schedule.
