$150K Start Date Bonus-Base Comp Now Up To $240K Before OT Payment and Shift Differentials Ranging from $100-$200 per shift (Additional shifts over normal schedule paid out at $175/hr.) Clinicians are also granted privileges at West Marion Community Hospital.
