Summit Pointe Senior Living Community in Marion, IA is looking for one assisted living cook to join our 65 person strong team. We are located on 3505 English Glen Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities Cooking, limited kitchen prep, washing dishes as needed, and cleaning duties to pass Health Code Inspections! What we are seeking: Strong and consistent work history Reliable, honest, and trustworthy Passionate about working with seniors Positive team member that can have fun while working hard Excited to prepare high quality food and assist in all areas of food production. Food preparation style is a combination of batch and short order cooking Willing to learn and understanding food safety procedures as outlined by the State of Iowa.
