Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and organizing a variety of education activities including individual, department and hospital wide programs.\n\n Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for staff.\n Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.\n Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement education, quality, and patient safety initiatives.\n Monitor, analyze, and share performance data to support continuous improvement efforts.\n Lead education-related projects, committees, and team development activities.\n Provide education, coaching, and subject matter expertise to staff and leaders.\n Maintain current clinical knowledge and support changes in nursing practice and regulatory requirements.\n Utilize learning management and data systems to support education programs and reporting.\n Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable federal, state, accreditation, and licensing requirements.\n\n\nWhat we offer\nFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
