Stand Up Forklift Operators

Our client, Skilled Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operators, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting packaging support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail for inventory accuracy, and the drive to keep production moving.

Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operators

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 6am-6pm (12hr shifts) Rotating Schedule: 2-2-3 (provides every other weekend off)

What's the Job?

Safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Supply production and packaging lines with the materials needed to support continuous operation.
Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Perform accurate system transactions for materials, including scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, staging, and dock areas while following all safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT) required; certification preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and GMP requirements preferred.
