Pro Resources is seeking a Field Service Technician for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, interacting with customers, and learning new technology. Previous field service experience is not required - our client is willing to train the right candidate!

Whether you're a recent graduate, finishing up a technical program, or simply looking to start a career in a hands-on technical field, we encourage you to apply. You'll receive training and develop valuable troubleshooting and customer service skills while working directly with customers.

Shift and Compensation

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour
• Company vehicle provided for on-site service calls
• Training provided

Job Duties

• Provide technical support and service to customers by phone and on-site
• Learn to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify solutions
• Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle stocked with the necessary tools
• Complete service calls in a professional and timely manner
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly, dependable service
• Work alongside an experienced service team and learn from other technicians
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
• Continue developing technical knowledge through hands-on training and experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to customer locations
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
• Previous technical or field service experience is a plus, but not required - we will train!
