We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help customers find personalized coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products. You'll work with warm leads while also developing new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital outreach, and community engagement. This hybrid remote role offers hands-on training, paid licensing support, and uncapped bonus potential, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings as they develop their skills and grow with the agency.

• Base Salary is $42,300 per year ; top earners make $100,000+

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital outreach, and community engagement.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and work toward monthly production goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including policy changes and retention support.
• Achieve performance targets and maximize bonus opportunities through consistent production.

Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to listen carefully, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Professional, friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Understanding of insurance products such as auto, home, and life.
