Operations Lead / Assistant Store Manager

Mobile Tech Repair | Appleton, WI
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience | 30–35 hours per week

Flexible scheduling; Saturday availability required

Mobile Tech Repair is hiring an Operations Lead to help keep our store organized, support our technicians,

and make sure customers receive honest, friendly help.

This is a hands-on role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps others succeed. If you stay calm when things get busy and enjoy bringing order to a busy day, we’d like to meet you.

Electronics repair experience is not required. We can teach the technical side.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily priorities so customers are helped and repair work keeps moving.
• Work with technicians to set realistic expectations and keep customers updated.
• Assist with customer intake, checkout, phone calls, and questions about devices and services.
• Receive shipments, organize parts, and connect incoming items with the right repair jobs.
• Keep inventory, pricing, displays, and the sales floor accurate, organized, and inviting.
• Help customers explore repair options, devices, and accessories without pressure.
• Support and coach teammates through clear communication and practical problem-solving.
• Learn device testing, basic troubleshooting, and repair tasks as training progresses.
• Take ownership of everyday issues and suggest improvements to how the store operates.

• An eye for clean displays, clear pricing, and a well-maintained sales floor.
• Availability for 30–35 hours per week, including Saturdays.
