Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, Texas Facility: Health Transformation Building Department/Specialty: Oncology Infusion Center Schedule: Full time | Days 10 hour shift How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care by consistently following established clinical protocols and organizational safety standards. Manage and monitor individualized patient care plans, proactively tracking and communicating vital changes in patient conditions to the care team. Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless, well-aligned, and comprehensive care for every patient. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring accurate treatment delivery and patient safety. Advocate for patients by assessing and coordinating their discharge planning needs early, ensuring a smooth and safe transition back to their communities. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
