Clinical Regional Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead clinical strategy and team development across temperature management commercial operations. The role combines clinical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption, training, and clinical engagement in high-acuity hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Clinical Specialist team with hiring, onboarding, and performance accountability
• Develop clinical strategy, training standards, and implementation methodology for consistent territory execution
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals and account targets
• Monitor clinical engagement metrics and adoption trends; escalate complex clinical situations requiring senior expertise
• Represent clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs to inform product development and messaging

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical field; RN or RRT credential required
• 7–10 years clinical experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or high-acuity settings
• 3–5 years people management experience leading clinical or field-based teams in medical device or healthcare
• Prior experience as Clinical Specialist, Clinical Liaison, or equivalent field clinical role
• Strong clinical credibility and executive presence with physician and nursing leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25–50%; hospital credentialing compliance required
