Director, Marketing Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Atlanta Description Infor is looking for a Director of Experimentation to lead a unified testing program across four digital channels: web, email, paid media, and chat. Experimentation is active in each channel today but managed separately, and this role becomes its single dedicated owner. You will own the method the channels follow, coordinate priorities across teams you do not manage, and make results clear to stakeholders and senior leadership. Success in this role depends as much on cross-functional communication as on analytical rigor. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Owning the experimentation methodology used across web, email, paid media, and chat, including hypothesis standards, sample sizing, statistical thresholds, and analysis practices Coordinating priorities across the four channel teams through a shared backlog, resolving conflicts when tests compete for the same audience or surface Reviewing and approving experiment designs before build, declining tests that cannot conclude or are not properly instrumented Communicating results through a regular reporting cadence and translating findings into recommendations leadership can act on Building demand for experimentation across the organization by bringing new teams into the program and coaching partners on what makes a testable idea Partnering with analytics and marketing technology teams to close measurement gaps that block valid testing Managing the experimentation agency relationship and directing analyst support on readouts and significance analysis Basic Qualifications: Experience owning a digital experimentation or conversion optimization program, rather than executing tests within one Experience running experimentation across more than one digital channel Working knowledge of experiment design statistics: statistical power, minimum detectable effect, sequential testing risks, and multiple comparisons Experience presenting test results and recommendations to senior leadership Experience leading a program through teams outside of direct reporting lines Experience diagnosing digital measurement and event tracking issues Experience managing an agency or vendor Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise B2B marketing with long sales cycles and low conversion volumes Hands-on experience with GA4, tag management, and a testing or personalization platform Experience with email experimentation under current inbox privacy and bot-activity constraints Experience with paid media incrementality testing, including geo holdout designsExperience running experimentation alongside a personalization program on shared surfaces #J-18808-Ljbffr
