About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely project delivery.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in home improvement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry.
