CRM Strategist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the implementation and adoption of CRM tools, the full-time remote CRM Strategist will manage CRM platforms, lead user training, and provide consultation across departments to enhance student marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM systems, providing best practices and consultation across the organization Lead CRM platform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and create user training materials while communicating updates effectively Identify areas for improvement within the CRM through automation and third-party tools to drive campaign success Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing or CRM management Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field In-depth understanding of Salesforce, Slate, Element451, or similar CRM systems Experience working in agile development environments Proven self-motivation and ability to master new tasks quickly
