About the Role

As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports for various clients. This is a fast-paced, engaging position ideal for those who excel with a mix of client interactions and hands-on accounting responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing and preparing complex account reconciliations and journal entries
• Compiling and analyzing financial statements to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Managing month-end and year-end close processes
• Implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, and controls
• Supporting audits (external and internal) with schedules and reports

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior-level capacity
• Strong proficiency in Excel and multiple accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Experience in a variety of industries
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills when interfacing with both technical and non-technical peers
