Job Overview In‑Home Family Services Specialist – provides in‑home intervention to children and families to help them develop positive solutions through skill‑based, solution‑focused strategies and community resources. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $22–$23.50 per hour. Full‑time or part‑time. Hiring bonus: $3,000. Responsibilities Provide in‑home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families. Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services. Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed. Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals such as teachers, doctors, and social workers. Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Perform other duties as required by supervisor to meet organization needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. At least 1 year of experience working with children and families. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills preferred.
