Enter the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader). Apply for an Assistant Manager position, which includes a 6‑month training program to build the foundation to run your own store. Greet and interact with customers in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Help customers reach mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to multitask. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus. Sales background, a plus. Bilingual, a plus.
