The Manager of Sales, Single Subscriber Markets is responsible for overseeing the local sales team toward achieving quota and ongoing retention of customers. The incumbent provides expertise and knowledge of development and implementation for daily, weekly and monthly processes and implementing the strategic direction to move subscriber initiatives forward.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and train Residential Sales team.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and ensure sales quotas are met.
• Establish a cold calling campaign geared towards generating leads.
• Develop new and effective methods of increasing sales.
• Find strategic ways to increase Hotwire penetration in the Salisbury Market.
• Forge relationships with local realtors, developers and contractors.
• Lead retention efforts in developing and implementing ways to retain and win back customers.
• Work local events using promotion tools to generate sales.
• Administer corrective and disciplinary action to ensure company policies, goals, and procedures are met.
• Conduct weekly (regular occurring) team meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in new product development.
• Assist with the implementation of projects including organization – wide improvement efforts.
• Manage an enterprise-wide, balanced scorecard to help leaders understand progress against the corporate strategy that includes analysis of trends and recommending actions to leadership.
• Drive alignment between sales, service, marketing and partner organizations.
• Identify key metrics of success and provide expert analysis, information and recommendations.
• Collect and provide information for the development of statistical and trending reporting.
• Analyze multiple data sources to create new business strategies and solve existing business hurdles.
• Identify high – value areas for inquiry and identify and measure correlations.
• Prepare reporting data for the purpose of ranking, benchmarking and strategic analysis.
• Constant and consistent use of independent discretion over matters of significance.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or at least 5 years’ of experience in related field.
• Previous experience in sales and management
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to create and execute sales processes
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services 
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
