Provide patient care within the EMT-Intermediate s scope of practice and licensure on scene of an emergency or non-emergency call. Meets all expectations for adherence to P&P and best practice in safe operation of the vehicle.Assists Paramedic in providing emergency pre-hospital care for injured or ill patients at the basic and intermediate levels. Attend on at least 50% of all requests for services appropriate to scope of practice and licensure. Meets expectations for adherence to system protocols and excellence in quality of care.Meets expectations for quality charting through adherence to the RESCUE narrative components. Provides accurate and complete demographics in order to support successful billing of patient transports. Meets all set expectations for patient documentation metrics for continuum of care, financial reimbursement and legal requirements.Maintains positive communications and collaboration with physicians and staff regarding the definitive therapy administered to patients being delivered for emergency care at their facility.Meets expectations for operational performance measures related to all time on task components.
