Your day might include conducting customer interviews to uncover unmet needs in the advertising identity space, collaborating with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility of new product concepts, or presenting market insights to senior leadership to inform our roadmap priorities. You'll balance deep dives into industry trends with cross-functional planning sessions, working alongside data scientists, engineers, and business partners to move initiatives from concept to launch. You'll also engage with external ad-tech partners and industry organizations to understand emerging standards and position Amazon as a thought leader in advertising identity solutions.About the teamOur Ad-Identity team forms the backbone of Amazon's programmatic advertising business and supports multiple teams in the advertising ecosystem. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
