Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Position Regent at Burnsville, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Burnsville, MN. As an LPN at Regent at Burnsville, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Wage and Work Schedule Wage: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full‑time, benefits eligible. Available shifts: Evenings 2:30 PM - 10:45 PM (including every third weekend). Location 14500 Regent Lane, Burnsville, MN 55306 Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident‑related care. Administers medications and/or treatments per physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow‑up action as necessary. Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of Assisted Living experience. Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
