What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based settings
• Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other therapists
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and evidence-based practice

Key responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services following IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and progress reports per school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students’ communication needs
