Build positive relationships with existing customers and obtain new leads. Know and understand the needs of our topclientsincluding managers and supervisors. Apply construction knowledge toassistclients with decision-making and developing good scopes of work. Assistestimator/superintendents with job scopes,estimatesand production of work. Generate competitive proposalsin a timely mannerand close sales. Participatein pre-construction,progressand final jobmeeting. Inspect job sites, communicate withsuperintendentand project managers, etc., to provideaccurateandtimelyupdates to customers and Company employees. Enhance profits usingtimely,accurateinvoicing and collections of payments. Develop good relationships with new customers and write thank you notes to clients Create andmaintaina customer account database on all levels. ReviewCustomerlist monthly anddeterminecustomer status. Represent Company to the industryand atindustry organizations/events including local and state apartment associations. Entertain customers at different local andstatevenues/events. Complete weekly and monthly reports andparticipatein sales meetings. ServeCompanyin anycapacityrequested during catastrophic events. Follow Company core values. Requirements Of The Role Experience in the multi-family industry highly preferred Account executive mustpossessoutstanding social skills and the ability to communicate andnegotiateto increase sales Must have excellent listening skills Must be able to meet multiple, conflicting deadlines and creatively solve problems.
