Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $245 - $310 per hour (depending on experience and orientation rate)

What You ll Do

• Provide medically directed anesthesia care for a busy surgical schedule including all but transplants and pediatric hearts
• Cover a variety of locations: hospital, outpatient centers, and surgical suites
• Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average
• Provide one-on-one patient care in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT scans
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Support facility s trauma and outpatient surgical services

What You Need

• Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited anesthesia school
• Current MN RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
• NBCRNA certification or eligibility
• CPR, BLS, ACLS certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
