Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours, from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM. Every third Saturday is required.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive memory care and rehabilitation services to patients with a focus on strong spine and neuro conditions. This role requires the ability to assess, evaluate, and implement treatment plans for patients with multiple diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients with neurological disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and home care needs.
• Ensure compliance with rehabilitation protocols and documentation standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of OT experience required; first-time travelers are accepted.
• Active state OT license required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
