Mast Roofing, a locally owned full-service residential and light commercial roofing, window, door, and siding company in Oley, PA is in search of a full-time Roofing Sales Representative with experience selling to homeowners and/or business owners. We have been in business for over 28 years, and have an excellent reputation for quality and service (Check out all our amazing reviews on Google!). We also offer a full benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVEConduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leadersDemonstrate products to potential clientsPerform detailed roof & attic inspectionsPrepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating softwareEmphasize product/service features & benefits, quote a price, & present financing optionsExpect & Overcome objectionsMaintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional mannerMaintain a clean vehicleUpdate appropriate sales data & paperwork dailyQUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVEExcellent communication and negotiation skillsMust have strong attention to detail and be organizedGood computer skillsWork well both independently and as part of a teamMust live within one hour of the officeSERVICE AREASEmployees can expect to work in the following areas, alongside Oley, PA:Allentown, PA 18102Reading, PA 19601If this sounds interesting to you, we encourage you to apply.
