Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (available after 30 days) Paid time off (after 30 days) Friendly and inclusive work environment Key Responsibilities: Assist the Activity Director in implementing engaging activities, including arts and crafts, music, games, and educational programs. Provide hands‑on personal care (ADL assistance) to members, including feeding, toileting, and dressing as needed Foster a positive and interactive environment by engaging with members. Set up and clean activity areas to ensure a safe and organized space. Redirect behaviors as needed to promote a supportive atmosphere. Monitor and document any changes in client behavior or health, reporting to the RN Administrator. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
