What You'll Do As a Professional Team Leader/Driver, you'll help lead moving crews and deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and motivate moving team members
• Safely drive and operate moving trucks
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Protect customer homes, furniture, and belongings
• Perform residential and commercial moving services
• Solve problems quickly and professionally on-site
• Help ensure every customer has an outstanding experience

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Leadership, coaching, or team-building experience preferred
• Moving experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a physically active, team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR check
