Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, Oro Valley AZ Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated Part‑Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso. At Independence Rehab, we are passionate about helping people stay independent in the later chapters of life. We partner closely with skilled nursing facilities to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care. Qualifications: Current Arizona COTA license SNF experience preferred, but not required Compassion for the geriatric population Strong communication and teamwork skills While we prefer candidates with at least one year of SNF experience, we are always excited to connect with caring, passionate therapists who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
