Now Hiring – Press Brake OperatorLocation: Fort Worth, TX Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE) Shifts (Monday–Friday):2nd 2:30pm-11pm3rd 10pm-6:30amAbout the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake machines and be capable of producing high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring tools to ensure precise dimensionsAdjust machine settings, including stroke, speed, and vices, to achieve accurate bendsPerform quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet production and customer requirementsMaintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and company protocolsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any machine malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediatelyQualifications / Requirements:Minimum 1+ year experience operating press brake machinesStrong knowledge of plate bending operations and techniquesAbility to set up machines, indicate vices, and adjust equipment for precision bendingProficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using measuring toolsBilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not requiredMust be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to qualityWhy Join Us:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to grow and advance within a stable companyFriendly and supportive work environmentConsistent Monday–Friday schedule with shift optionsHow to Apply: Call
