Our breakthrough technologies, including advanced BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) capabilities and sophisticated detect-and-avoid systems, have earned FAA approvals and are setting new standards in autonomous delivery.With operations already underway across multiple locations and an ambitious expansion ahead, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead complex site launches from pre-construction through operational readiness. In this role, you will own the end-to-end launch plan for assigned sites, manage the risks and dependencies that stand between the current state and a successful launch, and drive continuous improvement of the launch process as Prime Air scales its revolutionary delivery system.You will be responsible for translating business intent into ambiguous, complex real-world environments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they threaten a launch date, and engaging stakeholders across the organization to keep sites on plan while balancing the competing priorities of best practice and rapid expansion. This role requires sound judgment in ambiguous environments, strong business acumen, and an exceptional bias for action. You are an effective written and verbal communicator and can navigate competing priorities across a complex organization with high visibility to customers and stakeholders.Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
