As a CNA at Sunrise, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Provide compassionate care while treating every resident with dignity and respect

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

• Routinely make rounds and respond to resident needs

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team

• Help maintain residents' comfort, safety, and well-being

• Treat residents and their personal property with respect

• Follow established care plans, facility policies, and long-term care standards

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

• Work as part of a collaborative team to provide high-quality resident care

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois CNA certification

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program

• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
