About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations in a metal manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily productions, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to safety, productivity, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

· Direct and manage all plant functions

· Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining cost and quality targets

· Implement and monitor manufacturing processes, particularly in metal fabrication

· Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff to achieve performance goals

· Driver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture

· Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow.

· Support hiring, training, and performance management of plant personnel

Qualifications

· 2—3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role in a metal manufacturing or fabrication environment is required

· Understanding of blueprints, tolerances, and metal fabrication standards

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards

· Working knowledge and/or exposure to key metal fabrication processes, including Welding, CNC Machining, Tool & Die, Laser Cutting, Part Forming on Brake Press, and Powder Coat Finishing

· Experience with production metrics, and reporting

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems, experience with Epicor is a plus

Pay: $100,000 based on experience
