Chick-fil-A Leader Position
We are always looking for top tier individuals to join our leadership team! We look for individuals who are flexible and willing to work within our operations, understand how to care for and lead others, and can execute big ideas to get results that meet or exceed our business goals. Our starting pay range is $17.50 - $23.00++ per hour, but we have many advancement opportunities and reward individuals who get results.
Our organizational structure includes the following levels of leaders:
- Drive Thru Leaders
- FOH and BOH Shift Leaders (Currently Priority Hiring!)
- FOH and BOH Operations Leaders (Daypart leaders - Currently Priority Hiring!)
- Consultant Leaders (Catering, Marketing, Safety, Training)
- GM - Operations
- Executive Leaders
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Start with effective leadership of yourself
- Personally follow and lead all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, and policies
- Ability to lead and inspire others to achieve desired outcomes and results within the business
- Provide training and support to others reflecting all Chick-fil-A Operating Guidelines and Procedures
- Set clear expectations, teach skills, provide resources, and hold people accountable to consequences
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a fun and positive work environment
