Full Time Position in Med/SurgCompensation Range: $18.21 to $24.83 - hourly/paid biweeklyBenefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Retirement, Paid Time OffPosition Classification: Non-ExemptEssential Functions and Basic DutiesSupervisory-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities: N/APosition-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Performs delegated and ancillary basic nursing skills, including activities of daily living, monitoring of patient condition, body mechanics, providing nutritional support, and other standards of care, policies, and procedures.Documents care as provided.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and take appropriate action.Communicates clearly, honestly, appropriately, and in a timely manner with patients, families, and care team members.Completes documentation of care/behaviors with accuracy according to facility guidelines.Respects the confidentiality of patient information and adheres to HIPAA and facility guidelines.Recognizes and reports changes in the patient's condition.Demonstrates caring attitudes and behaviors to develop therapeutic relationships.Demonstrates respect, equity, and empathy in actions and interactions with culturally diverse and vulnerable patients.Demonstrates knowledge of facility safety procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.
