Mass-RI Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Specialist to join our growing team in Swansea, Massachusetts. We are especially interested in candidates who are excited to help shape the future of our hospital and are interested in advanced leadership.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership

• Serve as a medical leader and role model within the hospital.
• Promote excellence in patient care, client communication, and medical standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Support quality improvement efforts and advancement of medical protocols.

Team Development

• Mentor and support associate veterinarians.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Partner with technicians and support staff to maximize patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Clinical Practice

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for companion animals.
• Collaborate with specialists and referral partners as needed to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• ACVIM Diplomate in Small Animal Internal Medicine or residency trained and eligible for board certification
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.
