Technical Coordinator (Seasonal)

The Technical Coordinator will provide support for the day to day operations of the MLB Baseball Technology Data Centers, Youth academies and facilities. Responsibilities Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups to help keep projects on track. Support task management and scheduling using tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow. Help coordinate project approvals across Legal, Finance, internal teams, and vendors. Track project expenses and support invoice processings. Partner with Logistics to support shipments, labeling, and deliveries. Hands on learning and assisting with installation, maintenance, and basic support of infrastructure systems. Manage service tickets, including opening, updating, and closing them. Manage service tickets by opening, updating, and closing them promptly. Communicate project risks or dependencies to the Technical Facilities Supervisor. Monitor inventory levels and report any requirements for restocking supplies. Ensure tools, inventory, and supplies are organized and maintained across all facilities. Qualifications & Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency with common workplace tools and systems Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during the season 1+ years of relevant experience (internships or related experience welcome) Valid driver’s license and passport Pay Range: $27.00-$34.00 Why MLB?
