Your Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to create optimal diagnostic images for physicians
- Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnostics
- Position patients properly and adjust equipment to ensure the highest quality imaging
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols to protect both patients and staff members
- Keep accurate records, including imaging documentation and equipment upkeep
- Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Educational Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Certifications Needed
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
