Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)

Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 3x12 Hours (6:45 AM 6:45 PM)

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Operating Room nursing position at an acute care hospital in Torrance, CA. The facility has 356 total staffed beds and uses Epic for charting. May be required to float to Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room setting
• Float to like units as needed; possible float to San Pedro campus required
• Participate in on-call rotation: 1 call shift per 6-week rotation
• Work weekend rotation: 1 Saturday shift per 6-week rotation

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• On-call availability required (1 call shift per 6-week rotation)
• Weekend availability required (1 Saturday shift per 6-week rotation)
• Willingness and ability to float to like units, including possible float to San Pedro

Education Requirements

• Current State RN License required (pending license not accepted)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
