3 Washington Street, North Easton, MA Boston Medical Center - South, a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient dermatology program in North Easton, MA . This position is based in a brand-new, newly renovated dermatology office , designed to support high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and an exceptional patient and provider experience. This role is ideal for a dermatology APP who is comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative care model and is excited to help grow services in a modern, community-based setting. $109,000.00- $158,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness. Position Highlights
- New outpatient dermatology office/space at 3 Washington Street, North Easton
- Modern exam rooms and updated dermatologic equipment
- Established referral network and strong primary care integration
- Independent clinic role with physician collaboration and support
- Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered
- Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions
- Perform dermatologic procedures within scope and demonstrated experience, including but not limited to:
- Skin biopsies and excisions
- Cryotherapy and electrodessication
- Intralesional and cosmetic injections (if applicable)
- Develop and manage treatment plans and follow patients longitudinally
- Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with dermatologists, primary care providers, and clinical staff
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current or eligible Massachusetts licensure
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA as applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct outpatient dermatology experience required
- Demonstrated competency in medical dermatology and common dermatologic procedures
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
