RN OPS Full Time (10 hours)

Registered Nurse (RN) PACU Full Time 10 hours position located at Corona Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Recovery Room Registered Nurse receives patients from the Operating Room and other ancillary departments, monitors vital signs, and provides necessary interventions as prescribed. The RN may also assist in patient transport to outpatient surgery and surgical floors, monitor IV sedation and local cases in the Operating Room, and provide competent care for patients across all ages. Responsibilities Receive patients from the Operating Room and ancillary departments. Monitor vital signs and provide interventions within scope of nursing and as prescribed. Assist in transportation of patients to outpatient surgery and surgical floors. Assist with monitoring IV sedation and local cases in the Operating Room. Provide competent care for patients throughout the life span. Qualifications Minimum Essential Experience One year Critical Care or PACU experience or basic Coronary Care class with hemodynamic experience. Age specific education and/or experience. Required Licensure & Certifications Current California Registered Nurse license. Current BLS (CPR), ACLS and PALS certificates. Benefits Tuition Reimbursement.
