Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a home health position. The role involves providing physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy. A valid license is required for submission. BLS certification is mandatory for all applicants. The position requires working on rotating weekends and holidays. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week. We are looking for a compassionate professional who can deliver quality patient care in the home environment.
