Physician - Infectious Disease

Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship program. Board certified or board eligible in Infectious Diseases. Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license. DEA certification required.
