USA, you will play an important role in supporting our customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment and solutions. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help understand customer needs, identify after-sales opportunities, coordinate appropriate support, and contribute to an exceptional overall customer experience.This is an early-career opportunity designed for someone who is curious, commercially minded, comfortable communicating with others, and interested in developing an understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing. You will gain exposure to both the technical and business sides of G.D. USA while developing the knowledge and experience needed to become a trusted customer-facing partner.In this role, you are also responsible for:Supporting relationships with existing customers and serving as a connection between the customer and G.D. USA’s internal teams.Communicating with customers to understand their needs, priorities, and ongoing requirements related to their equipment and operations.Identifying potential after-sales opportunities and helping determine the appropriate solutions, services, or internal resources to address customer needs.Collaborating cross-functionally with technical, service, sales, operations, and other internal teams to support customer requests and business priorities.Developing an understanding of G.D. USA’s equipment, automated solutions, services, and overall customer lifecycle.Supporting the preparation and communication of customer proposals, recommendations, presentations, and other business information.Maintaining accurate customer, opportunity, and activity information within internal systems.Following customer requests and opportunities through completion while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Managing multiple customer needs and priorities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and timely follow-up.Contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer support, and the overall after-sales experience.Supporting customer visits and traveling to customer or company locations as business needs require.What You Need to Be Successful18 Months or less of working expereinceBachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering strongly preferred.Proficiency in sales processes and strategies.Basic knowledge of machinery and industrial automation.Experience in defining sales plans and strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, cross-functional environment.Excellent communication and listening skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.In addition to the technical and soft skills, we value individuals who possess initiative, dynamism, autonomy, flexibility, willingness to learn, curiosity, and a strong focus on business objectives.
