Territory Manager, Structural Heart - Structural Interventions (Iowa / Nebraska)

Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for Structural Heart interventions covering Iowa and Nebraska. The role involves managing sales objectives for congenital heart device solutions, developing customer relationships, and coordinating clinical and commercial activities across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Execute sales calls and strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Develop and implement account-specific sales plans based on market analysis and customer needs
Observe clinical procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to understand physician requirements
Establish pricing strategies with internal teams aligned with customer needs and company guidelines
Build relationships with hospital decision-makers and clinical staff through meetings, conferences, and training

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
7 years cardiovascular industry experience
5 years structural heart, electrophysiology, or arteriovenous sales experience
Ability to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination
Life Sciences or Marketing degree preferred
