Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our company and products through direct customer engagement and promotional activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating positive customer experiences, and developing communication, presentation, and sales skills. Responsibilities * Represent the company and its products in a professional and positive manner. * Engage directly with customers and prospective customers. * Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional opportunities. * Present product and service information clearly and confidently. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. * Generate interest through friendly and informative customer interactions. * Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. * Participate in promotional events, community activities, and outreach initiatives. * Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers. * Assist with promotional materials, displays, and product presentations. * Follow up with interested customers when appropriate. * Communicate customer feedback and observations to team members. * Support individual and team sales objectives. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. * Comfortable speaking with customers in person. * Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. * Customer-focused and goal-oriented. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
