Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with robotic and ortho/neuro surgical experience for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring call coverage. Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required at time of submittal Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred Robotic surgery and ortho/neuro experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Nursing degree accreditation must be documented on profile, or candidate must have 5 years of experience Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing Responsibilities Operating Room setting supporting ortho, oncology, bariatrics, vascular, neuro, trauma, and robotics procedures 10hr day shifts from 0630 to 1700 with Wednesdays off, 4 shifts per week Call required: 1 shift per week after scheduled day for 2 to 4 hours plus 1 to 2 12hr weekend shifts per month Uses Epic EMR Floating required, with travelers floating first and possibly to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility Function as a core staff member within a unit where team culture and flexibility are highly valued Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of address and property ownership Candidates commuting from other areas of Florida without securing local housing will not be considered All requested time off must be submitted with the application and will not be approved after offer Orientation begins on a Friday with remote orientation, plus an in-person visit required for badge and ID Hospital provides scrubs Hard document deadline is the Monday before start date with no exceptions for pending documents No block scheduling requests accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler, LLC.
