This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the San Angelo, Texas area.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.Core ExperienceMust be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.Physical/Work EnvironmentAt Pearce safety is our number one concern.
