1. Architectural Design & Strategy
2. Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
3. Security & Identity: Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
4. Governance: Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata, which is notoriously difficult to deploy.
5. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)
6. Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
7. Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
8. Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
9. Data & AI Integration
10. Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
