BEREC Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC is offering a Summer 2027 Internship on the Production Team in Washington DC. The intern will assist with underwriting, market research, and marketing materials for commercial real estate financing deals. The program provides exposure to asset classes, clients, capital sources, deal structuring, and financial models, with a paid $20/hour rate.
