I am currently representing a leading national non-union contractor experiencing significant growth across the Western U.S. The organization has a strong and expanding backlog of major mission-critical, data center, commercial, and industrial projects , with opportunities across Nevada Utah and Texas .

\n

\n

The contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the industry , with project values reaching into the hundreds of millions and, in some cases, approaching the billion-dollar range.

\n

Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of work, they are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead major projects in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Reno, and Dallas .

\n

Position Overview

\n

\n

This is a key field leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from mobilization through completion, commissioning, and turnover.

\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Leading day-to-day field operations on major construction projects
\n
• Managing large field teams, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
\n
• Coordinating manpower, sequencing, logistics, and site operations
\n
• Driving project schedules and maintaining critical milestones
\n
• Managing subcontractor performance and field productivity
\n
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
\n
• Enforcing site safety policies and procedures
\n
• Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership
\n

\n

This role is suited to a hands-on, field-driven Superintendent who has experience leading major projects and is comfortable operating in a high-pressure, schedule-driven environment.

\n

\n

Ideal Background

\n

The successful candidate will ideally have:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of Superintendent or experience
\n
• Proven experience on large-scale commercial construction projects
\n
• Strong mission-critical / data center experience highly preferred
\n
• Experience leading projects with significant MEP coordination
\n
• Experience managing large field teams and multiple subcontractors
\n
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
\n
• Experience working on complex, fast-track projects
\n
• Strong safety and quality-control background
\n
• Experience with commissioning and turnover on major projects preferred
\n
• Ability to work on projects in Nevada and/or Utah
\n
